Location is great - right in the centre of town but rooms are still quiet. Gym is well equipped and the pool is in a sun trap so you can still use it on the windier days. The service from the staff is brilliant - they helped us with everything from booking taxis to laundry etc.

The staff was amazing. Natasha suggested great places to dine. She also arranged a wonderful wine tour and lunch experience with an excellent driver Gustavo who spoke English very well and arranged for a special stop at a champagne winery when we had a bit of extra time before our scheduled tour. Perfecto!

The Hyatt Mendoza epitomises supreme comfort, luxury and service in the most central location overlooking Mendoza’s town square. We had the feeling we were in the best hotel in the city. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, but allowed me to practice my fledgling Spanish with them! We had our most restful stay of our entire tour of Argentina at this hotel - with its luxurious beds in seriously comfortable rooms. We felt completely at home while bathing in luxury.

Super clean , up to date, has all the amenities, amazing breakfast buffet, great bars around hotel, nice pool and great spa area included with your stay ( sauna, vapor room, jacuzzi) right in front of Plaza Independencia, very close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops, but above all, AMAZING staff! Everyone is nice, professional and courteous!

Spacious, comfortable room, well appointed with great amenities. The pool is a great bonus feature, enjoyed the rooftop bar. Very helpful staff

Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was great. You could walk out of the hotel and easily get to restuarants within walking distance. The staff were all very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were big and well presented.

Breakfast is nice. Couls have more ind of breads. Room is perfect. Just a point wirth air conditioning that it is noisy Swimming pool is nice but small

The service and the range of amenity was exceptional. Pool, bar, 2 restaurants, casino, spa, gym, fantastic concierge and car service that organised our wine excursion for us. Excellent value for money.
